The Special Meeting is being held to vote on amending the Declaration authorizing the Board to adopt rules for the rental, leasing, and tenant occupancy of Residences. Any amendment to the Declaration must have an affirmative vote of at least 67% of all Members in the Association.

You recently received your updated dues increase letter. It has been brought to our attention that the letter incorrectly states that dues are billed semi-annually at $425.00 each.
